Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Purchased a watch that cost over £100. Within 8 months the hands were just spinning on their own. Returned and told it would be sent away for repair which would take approximately 6 weeks. We had to call him 8 weeks, to be told yes it was ready, don’t know when he was going to let us know? Collected it today, he said he’d repaired it as a gesture of goodwill and that there was no guarantee left it’s not even 12 months old and only worn a few times. Terrible attitude and even worse customer service skills! Would never buy from him again.

Rating:1 Don’t bother buying from this store terrible customer service, after making payment without any notice once there’s an issue u will then be told he doesnot make refunds except buying something else from his store to make up for ur money Arrant nonsense. There r plenty options (stores) that wil give you better service and value for your money.
