Rating:1 I went to exchange the ring size for my niece the woman there was so rude, she said it’s been worn and then she said it’s not the same size on the receipt, she was implying that it wasn’t even theirs! I was furious, she then said they don’t have the size I needed and instead got me to pay £35 more for another ring in the size I needed!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 My jewellery wasn’t polished to its full potential, the staff were rude and said that a specific necklace would not suit my sheep back in wales. this has upset me but I will be willing to try it as long as it doesn’t offend me or my sheep again
