0 You have already voted! Rating:5 We have recently moved to the area and are waiting for a washing machine to be delivered. I have never used a Laundrette before so I just walked in and announced that fact. Penny was wonderfully helpful and walked me thought it step my step and even helping me load and unload. She made the experience very pleasent. I had three domestic washing machine loads that all fitted into one of their medium sized machines. Which took 40 mins then into one of their tumble dryers for 30 mins. Cost together came to £13.

The staff are so welcoming, polite and really friendly. Nothing is to much trouble. Always willing to help with folding. Well recommend a visit

I had one moderate sized load, no cash and no detergent. Penny gave me wonderful attention and put me into the smaller machine to save me money. I loaded the machine, she added the detergent and because I mixed whites with colours she added in a product to protect the colours from running (pretty sure it was for free). She then put in the tokens for the washing machine and the dryer. She estimated the time for the dryer to be 24 minutes and because I was distracted she loaded the dryer for me as well. At the end I paid her 9.50 by card machine. I believe this covered 5.50 for the washing machine (35 minute cycle) and 1pound per 6 minutes (or part thereof) for drying so thats 4 x 1 = 4 pounds. So it seems that I also didn’t pay for the detergent she added.

New and clean machines, that wash the dirt out of your clothes. Drying machines where you don’t have to spend a fortune to dry your load.
Though what is most memorable is the polite conversation and genuine friendly staff. The staff can’t do enough to help. The service charge is more than reasonable.
For good value and great satisfaction no other laundrette comes close.
