Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Went to Owen Road Laundrette today to wash a duvet & heavy sheets. What a great experience. As soon as I walked in the kind lady helped me to load & poured the required amount of detergent & softener. She was in fact helping everyone and was so pleasant to talk to. The launderette has modern machines and was immaculately clean. It also has plenty of space. They also do key cutting. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Used this launderette today to clean a quite heavy winter duvet ,lady there helpful and very pleasant. Can get change on site .The whole place is very clean and tidy with good sized washers and dryers . 100% recommended.

The lady who owns the place is amazing friendly and helpful having a laugh with me while helping me with my settings on the machine. Even helped with the powder and conditioner haha. I suffer with anxiety and that eased straight away. Definitely worth the visit I’ll be back 100%. Thank you

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Good launderette, there are two types of washing machines, the standard is £4 a wash and the larger is £8. The large machine is bigger enough for a king size duvet which is too big to be washed at home.

There are also two types of dryers, the standard dryer is 20p for every 2 mins and the larger dryer is 50p for every 2 mins.
Using a dryer sheet or washing powder is extra so bring your own.
This place is clean and there is also a key cutting service at the back (just ring the bell by the hatch) and the prices of the keys are reasonable.
Overall this is a decent place.
