Nasty, machine missing from the floor, seats to sit on dirty, not enough machines, I went elsewhere.
This place needs a bit of TLC…

Dryers always stop working, the owner uses 2-3 dryers and leaves clothes in for hours so no one else can use the dryers

People use machines for pets bedding, really very unhygien, i nearly womit, as i seen people using macunes for very dirty cleaning clothes, never recomend to was ur wearing clothes & bedding, worst place

Really bad experience put Money in to dry two washes and the drier took it but did not work a message said the lint needed cleaning. I rang the number for help quite a few times no response left a message no one has contacted me. Most of the machines had the same message seems no maintenance has taken place. Use at your own risk.

The place is dirty, floors need a clean, no one available to give change and the owner had been in to check all machines and dryers just prior to me using a dryer that had a pen in there!! What checks was he doing? My new duvet was covered in INK from a pen clearly someone had left in there before me. Called the owner, he was rude, abrupt, cocky and up his own a**. Said he couldn’t do anything and just pointed at the sign on the wall. Defo not coming here again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else visiting either!!! The owner comes there what seems like every half hour after circling Oldbury and so whilst in the hour I was there he turned up 3 times! Don’t tell me to check the machines properly, if your visiting in every 20mins isn’t that your job mate?
