0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Wonderful to have a library in the town centre. But the building and access needs to be on the ground floor. The old Carnegie building is better suited to a library.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Tipton Library is a very special place. It is warm and welcoming and provides a venue for many community activities for all ages. The staff and volunteers are friendly and helpful. A lift provides access for those with mobility access. Free tea and coffee are available. Tipton would be a poorer place without this essential facility. Call in!

There are free activities for a wide range of age groups from children to O A P’s
We all need a library and community centre in the heart of Tipton
