I had made a “click and collect” order for a fast and easy way to get what i want, instead, when i arrived, nobody acknowledged my presence for 20 minutes. One of the sales people was on the phone and the other one was giving his full attention to another customer that was there before me. I am not saying that they should have dropped whatever they were doing but at least a “hey, i will be with you in a minute” would have been nice.
