Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Over 6 weeks waiting, I received an email to get a fresh MOT. My MOT was a month old when applied! I got that straight away and sent it the next following day, I received an email that will take up to 10 working days to process. Day 10 I received an email saying all good book an appointment to get the plate! The nearest day was after 3 weeks!! So, in total, I have been waiting for over 10 weeks to get the vehicle licence plates sorted!! paying £340 for insurance and my car parked in my driveway!!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Visited the office to collect my badge even though I was not having an appointment the process of collection was very quick. I was greeted by Mr. Singh at the door very helpful I saw him helping others as well true gentleman. I was served by Larisa she was professional in her work. Very satisfying experience.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Visited today to collect my first ever vehicle licence plates. Obviously, was a bit nervous but had such a pleasant experience. Arrived early and was greeted by Mr. Singh, security personnel, who even offered refreshments. All the staff were so nice and accommodating. Basically, if you listen and follow the simple instructions the staff are giving you at the site you will also have a pleasant experience. They are only doing their job. Thank you everyone once again at the site for looking after me.

Finally, if you’re looking to get a licence from this place. You have to wait up to 12 weeks !! What a joke!!

I applied for application and waited for my plate.
During this time I moved to another address and I informed the council and compliance department put my application on hold, I tried to speak with compliance manager so many times but no response, the manager is so selfish and not helpful at all!
Just for the plate took me two months because it was on hold the reason ( I changed my address )
during this time my insurance was expired and I had to do again food delivery to save up some money to pay for my insurance.
I request from the council to specially supervise managers of the private hair compliance departments and checked are they helping out customers or just they want to be a boss for the staff.

The portacabin toilets were disgusting with no water to wash your hands! I’d travelled over an hour so needed the loo! I spoke with Mr Singh and he said I wasn’t allowed to use the ones inside! The reason for the photographs is just to make a point that this place like most council run places are a bit of a joke! Yes, if councils are short of cash, then get rid of half of this staff and get them to look around them to see who needs attending to instead of day dreaming and nattering with each other! (hence the need of the photos to show the complacency!). I waited 30 minutes before the main chap apologised and was surprised that I hadn’t even had the inspection bit carried out! I was parked as you can see, right next to the bay, I’m a big bus – you can’t miss me!!
Another guy did to be fair apologised a couple of times as well! They were all polite and well mannered staff but complete...
