As soon I came back home I had to make a payment and I thought it will ba good idea to visit Sandwell Local to tell them in person that payment was made. I visited the place just to find out they are closed at 4pm while the website says they should be open till 5pm. Phone line is also extra useless and everything is automated and I couldn’t connect to any acctual, real person to talk about tax payments…

Rating:1 Spoke to Jade in the environmental department (sandwell local smethwick) early this morning regarding bins overflowing in bearwood high street and glass broken in the street as a result of the overflowing. Put phone down on me when I wouldn’t give my personal details which I thought was irrelevant. Checked bins 4 hours later and found rubbish taken but broken glass left on floor. Used my shoe to brush most of it against base of bin. Disgusting the glass was left behind. Someone could easily get hurt by it.
