Rating:1 This man needs to learn customer service and respect, he clearly has a problem with Asian people as he stated to us while enquiring about the key cover, “all you Asian are the same” if you have worked for over 15 years and dislike working with Asian people a, maybe it’s time you called it a day as most of your customers will be of different colour and size from all walks of life but regardless, we all kept you in business so while you speak like that over the phone remember how to conduct yourself properly in the future if you are such an experienced man then act like one and stop hating on Asian people . we did nothing wrong other than simply inquire about your prices . I can see from your previous reviews I’m not the first person to notice you have bad customer service skills and hope this review makes you think different now!!! we are all one in this world no matter colour or status. You have a nice day. I will await your rude response……

Rating:1 I’ve been to duplikey multiple times as work near to it, I bought a key cover from them last year this, changed a battery on fob from somewhere else they didn’t seal fob properly so took it to duplikey they glued it together but had issues where the key kept falling out of fob then took it back again they took old glue off and re glued it but it all fell apart with the circuit falling out completely when I went back was told by the owner that he is done with the key full stop… only when I asked what would he suggest because I can’t let it mess up he suggested I buy a new cover…. But the attitude I got refused me to do any further business with them. Bad customer service

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 9/9/23 I needed a replacement of a damaged remote fob for a Toyota Aygo. A quick telephone call confirmed Duplikey could provide this service. The shop attendant was very friendly and informative, got on with task immediately and about 15 minutes later I had new combined/remote flip key for a very reasonable price. Great service and will recommend others to use this service. Steve P.
