Kris has been an absolutely amazing professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services. 0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Excellent service. The locking mechanism had jammed up and the replacement parts not available 7 years later. (How unusual!!!) Kris managed to undo it all, clean it, re rivet it back to the frame and adjust it and its as good as new. Thank you Kris good value too.

We got locked out due to the gearbox mechanism failing and the door handle no longer opening the door.
We had no other access to our house so called Kris who came round quickly. He managed to get us back into the house and opened the front door. He replaced the gearbox and sorted everything out.
Absolute legend, fantastic service with a focus on doing everything he can for the customer. I wouldn’t hesitate calling Kris again if I had an issue again or needed some work doing. Cheers!
