DO NOT USE!!! Survive on the phone was polite and very helpful which made us feel confident with in the company. Then a man arrived and started hitting and bashing on my front door with out discussing what door we wanted him to open. We told him to leave it as we thought he would have a tool to pick the lock instead of breaking the door, very rude and intimidating man.

£69 charged to lever the door open. He advised that the parts are obsolete and left us with a broken front door. The fee had not been agreed in advance so I could have refused to pay.
He was friendly and quick, so I did agree to pay.

Brilliant service. Came out straight away and got the hitch lock off our caravan as we had lost the keys.
Highly recommended first class service.

Lock broken on inside door.. Called them & was told someone would be with us within the hour
He was with us within 15 mins
Great response & door opened within 10 mins
Absolutely over the moon with them
