0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Went to go and get two house keys cut. Had them done in 3 minutes for £8 and work perfectly. Definetly a place to go instead of a certain rip-off high street chain who wanted £20 for the same job. Full marks will definetly recommend!

I brought my wife’s watch in to have the battery replaced and the owner opened up the watch, replaced the battery, then told me that he didn’t have the machine needed to close the watch case and that I should go to Gem Aura a few minutes away and ask them to do it for me.
I should have asked for my money back at that point really, but we instead went to Gem Aura and explained the situation. They closed the case and finished the job but said this was a pretty common occurrence and that he frequently sent customers to them to do the job that he should have done in the first place.
Save yourself the effort and go somewhere reputable instead.
