Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 After a year of issues on my R129 and poor service from numerous Mercedes main dealers, I was pointed in Matt’s direction. What a great guy. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thought there was no end in sight due to the car being built in a very narrow production window where various generation parts were used. I had previously been advised by another ‘specialist’ to remove the security system altogether (£1500+). Both keys rebuilt, very happy customer. Thank you Matt and the team!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 What brilliant service. Needed a spare key for my 200 SLK. Mercedes can’t do it, tried several other places who said they could do it, but couldn’t. One even got me to send the key, but they had to send it back saying I should never have been told (by them) that they could do it! But I digress, Matt was superb, so quick I almost got the keys back before I sent them. Can’t recommend highly enough.

He turned up exactly when he said he would and quickly found damage caused by another locksmith.
He was able to repair the damage and left me with a running vehicle again.
If you need a replacement car key get in touch with these guys, you won’t be disappointed

Matt diagnosed what he thought the issue was on the phone and was bang on correct. I travelled up to the West Midlands to see him and he resolved the issue in less than an hour – something that I was being quoted 5 days+ via the post.
Can’t recommend Matt enough – he really knows his stuff – swift and friendly service. My new go to contact for anything Mercedes electrical related.
