Rating:1 Absolutely shocking place, brought a bmw and had engine issues within the first 5 days, as law states I have 30 day return rights for a full refund and are even still refusing me my money back, not only that I haven’t received the logbook v5 or confirmation it’s even been sent of. I contact them on numerous times and just getting no reply. Avoid at all cost I’ll be taking this matter to court as they are absolute rip off scammers

gb trader car sales . I purchased my second ever car (VW Polo, Semi-Automatic in blue) with them, having had a terrible experience from a different company in purchasing my first car. gb trader car sales however, are a superb company. My experience in purchasing a car there was easy, with absolutely no pressure to purchase, and the car actually looked better in person than in the photos. sam is also great, he must be the most relaxed guy in the industry. No pressure, helpful, polite and very trustworthy. I’m quite a cynical person, having been burned before with my first car, so I did go into buying a second car with a lot of anxiety and lacking trust so its only right to shout out a company when they are good at what they do, and sell at very reasonable prices. All in all, if anyone I know is buying a used car, I’ll be recommending this company every single time.

The rest of the staff were lovely (including sky who was really helpful). There was no pressure to purchase and we were allowed plenty of time to ask questions and to consider the purchase. Thank you.
