Waited over an hour for stone-cold pizza. We live a 10min drive away. They’re 100% fudging the app now, too. The app was reporting as “delivered” over 30mins before we got it. This was a good Dominos when it first opened. Food arrived hot and came fast. Didn’t take long for their standards to plummet. New manager, maybe? If so, bring the old one back please.

Ordered pizza as per my liking with my preference order number 572272268 got pizza made from menu my preferences where not taken in consideration I had to eat to someone’s liking.
Will never order again

Awful customer service. I live 5 minutes drive round the corner (I had been drinking so couldn’t collect) yet the pizza took ages after I was told it was out for delivery. Tracker said it had arrived but it hadn’t, so I rang and was told the drivers leaving, he turned up 45 minutes later. I was then given the wrong pizza. I was offered a new one but it was already 10pm so I didn’t want to wait another hour so I was offered a refund then hung up on. I rang the next day to confirm it had been processed. Lady on the phone said she’d ring me back and never did

My mum has an onion allergy and received her pizza with onions on it in spite of ordering without. It then took 30 minutes for a replacement to arrived by which time everyone else’s pizza was cold. This was supposed to be a Mother’s Day treat.

I don’t understand how a pizza place can deliver food without a hot bag?!? I’ve seen the delivery guy take boxes into his car without a hot bag (when I was picking up my pizza form the restaurant) and when I ordered delivery the guy showed up with boxes NOT in a hot bag!! Why are you delivering cold pizza? The only reason they got 2 stars is because the food was good when I picked it up.
