    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT GO AGAINST TRADING STANDARDS. We ordered two large pizzas, 2 wedges and 2 portions of wings, when the food was delivered we were charged £50. So we rung the restaurant and asked how much a large pizza is, the lady replied it is £9 but if you have it delivered it is £18 per pizza. How they can justify this or get away with it is beyond me. Oh well because of this they’ve lost 6 of us as customers.

    Worse pizza ever…unsupported staff…they are just thief..they are here for money..never care about service…hygiene and cleanliness is zero ..bosses are thief never cared about staff..who ever is going to work them..listen they never pay you accordingly minimum wage and not even wages are on time..if Ur working with them for one month u ll get Ur 1st week wagers after 4 weeks..every times bosses make excuses that they are in financial crisis..we can’t pay Ur whole wages and when u ask for wages they fire you without any notice and wages they have they ll never pay .u ll always ask for Ur wages, like a beggar …they ll shortly make you psychologically mental ….never work with them…

    Very rude workers. Told me they’ll charge an extra £1 because i chose to get a half and half pizza. And then the food comes out wrong with olives when i stated NO OLIVES. Very very unprofessional. One guy working there does NOT use gloves to put toppings on the pizza. Absolute disgrace.

    Terrible customer service. I called to order pizza for collection for a party and after finally placing my order after 10 minutes speaking to the man who appeared to have a problem with following simple words, I got a call back 10 minutes later to tell me I had to come in in person and wait for my order as they had been getting prank calls.

    To the owner of this shop, please hire better staff, they will cause you to lose money.

    Nightmarish experience, I ordered today online and it seems as though the default setting is for the food to be delivered. We didn’t want this as we opted to go to the store and pick it up, so we wrote in the notes for the delivery for them not to deliver it to us as we would go to collect the food. We also had called up the store clarifying that we would in fact pick the food up, and we didn’t want delivery (the delivery time was too long and it was more worth going to pick it up), and a member of staff picked up the phone and said it was okay. We then got to the store, where we asked for our order, and got told that they didn’t know that we were picking up our order, and ended up getting a mouthful from the staff saying that we shouldn’t ‘do that again’. Not very good customer service and when we got the food, it was cold (due to the lecture that we had gotten from the staff member). Not a very pleasing experience.
