0 You have already voted! Rating:5 One of the best experiences I had in any of the cinemas I’ve been to. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and amazing screens especially IMAX which is my number 1 choice

Once in a while, toilets can get a little lacking in hand wash or paper dispensers may be no working (maybe when down on staff and busy time)… But this is rare. Never seen any trouble inside. They have security present on the door, which is reassuring and friendly.

There is a multi screen cinema nearby and also places to work out at several branded gyms.
There are also many retail outlets, wine bars and fast food outlets, pubs and clubs.

Everytime I walk in there, there’s a vile smell. They could do with making sure the Sanitary bins are emptied regularly. I’ve been there twice in the same week, and the bins are overflowing (disgusting).
Also, the taps, they need to put a tap in for children & people in wheelchairs if they can’t use the disabled toilet for whatever reason. Also, change the taps to turn taps, NOT push taps, or, better still, automatic taps, again people with disabilities.
I don’t feel they are disability friendly!
