Great cinema, clean lobby and in the bathroom that I used, quick service so far, I haven’t experienced any delays in ordering tickets or drinks. The screens are a decent size, however the only issue I have is with the seats, they are a little dated now, although dated I’ve only sat in one or two that have been uncomfortable, and once or twice where I have had to switch a seat due to chewing gum being stuck on it. This isn’t fully the cinema’s fault as the lights in the screens can still be quite dim even when the film isn’t showing and some customers hide it on the chairs really well.

Me and my partner was spouse to have seen king Kong and Godzilla, that will be for the next time, but end up watching Abigail “vampire movies ” very good film, loved the line ” I like to play with my food” , we got the start time wrong ! . First coming into the show case cinema from the car park “plenty of room for parking “, also easy wheelchair access, that includes the cinemas themselves to see the moves of your choice . It very airy and cathedral like inside with stairs going up to the gallery “that has to be paid for as your own personal cinema ” only enough room for two people per chair, and their are ten or five chairs to dark to see clearly , “and you get a personal assistant ” he/she will bring you your meals you have ordered when you enter the gallery area, theirs is a waiting area in the gallery it self before you are shown your chair. The main foyer is were you get your foods and drinks from and further on you...

Nice clean and tidy cinema. The vast spaces only serve to amplify just how few staff they have in there these days.

The induction loop in the cinema itself was really good. Best sound quality induction loop I’ve ever known.

As a wheelchair user the space is nice, but the individual theatre doors are huge and do not open easily at all. So with no staff around a wheelchair user has to sit for quite a while, waiting for another customer to help.

The staff on Costa (a lovely lady with a southern accent) were really nice and made the visit very pleasant.

Easily one of the best cinemas around. Fantastic prices and the screen ambiance is unmatched. Fantastic, powerful sound and decently sized screens. The seats are starting to look a bit dirty but they are still much more comfortable than most cinema seats. Would definitely recommend making a trip out to this place if you live anywhere in the Black Country or west of Birmingham.

Good cinema with decent sound and better than average screens. Friendly staff, lots of food options, lots of screens. Plenty of chain restaurants and activities nearby too, so very easy to make a day of it when coming here.

The premium seating was empty on our last visit so we decided to upgrade(!) ourselves during the film, and it was very comfortable up there.
