0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I brought my kids to see Peppa Pig. The staff treat the kids as if they were they were their own. Honestly, they were so friendly and they really made us feel taken care of. The interaction and personable experience made us feel like we were valued customers, not just numbers, like you have when you go to the Odeon and they just scan you in and charge extortionate rates for the films and food etc. Thank you for taking care of us, and looking forward to coming back.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Attended a special kids event with my 3yo today and was able to give him a wonderful first visit to a cinema. The staff were friendly with all the kids and they had given me excellent customer service when I needed help with my ticket. This cinema is a lovely independent cinema with a range of drinks and snacks available and we had a lovely visit. Would recommend over larger cinemas as the Mockingbird has a lovely intimate feel.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Second time visiting this cinema and this time for the live screening of The Traitors final. UNBELIEVABLE NIGHT! The staff nailed it and truly did everything they could to make this a fun, super chilled night for all. We had a pre-show game, exclusive video from cast members and the most enthusiastic crowd of folk ever. A night club has less energy than that screen tonight. It may be a small venue but it packs a punch… highly highly recommend it. I’ll be waiting impatiently till season 3 finale but in the mean time we’ll be back. Endgame.
