Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 1st time at this cinema and i was surprised how good it was. From the outside it looked small and it didn’t look like it had 8 screens. The screening rooms are small which was perfect. It’s a bit pricey but it seems everything is nowadays. The staff was very helpful and polite. Will definitely go there again.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 We visited today to watch Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes! The seats were comfy and we enjoyed the film. The service from all staff was good but the star of the show was Glynn Libby (I hope I’ve spelt that right). He was attentive, greeted us with a big smile and helped us with any queries. Will definitely be coming back!

A member of staff always introduces themselves before the movie, which gives assurance of no interruptions during the movie. Seats are comfy. Tickets are respective of this and popcorn drink combos are bit pricey, considering ticket prices, could be better but the prices are standard, offers never change. Would be great to have some early morning screenings like Star City for big releases like 9/9:30am being the earliest.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 All the staff at The Light are always really welcoming and friendly, you can tell they take pride in their workplace. The cinema is clean and tidy and the seats are comfortable. The food is reasonably priced and the coffee is excellent. I have the unlimited pass and it is very good value for money.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Brilliant cinema. Sign up for a free membership and tickets are so much cheaper. It’s clean in the viewings and seats are much comfier than other cinemas. Grab a Guinness and a pizza and then go watch your movie, brilliant. Staff are super friendly as well!
