Showing 5 reviews Rating:4 Good cinema to visit been here many times, prices are getting kinda steep but plenty of showings available. Inside the cinema there are alot of snacks to choose from on busy days the queues can get big. The recliner seats we sat on wouldnt lift the legs up which was an issue. There is plenty of parking in the Star City car park and its free.

The cinema room was cleaned before our movie started; unfortunately a group of lads sat on the other side next to us and ruined our whole experience. From the beginning of the movie they couldn’t be quiet and constantly kept chattering the whole way through. They were munching on their snacks very loudly so the film was disturbed throughout. When the lights had come on at the end, I couldn’t believe the mess they had made, absolutely disgusting animals and made me feel sick. Not the cinemas fault but they should have some sort of rules in place for this type of nonsense and they should be dealt with accordingly.

Despite arriving at 6:05, we weren’t served until 6:45, thankfully only missing the trailers. Despite the abundance of workers, the service was abysmally slow and amateurish, they seem like kids who have no idea what they are doing, and wouldn’t know what good customer service is if it hit them in their faces! One worker was about to serve us, told us to “wait one minute” and then disappeared into thin air? I then saw him pretending to rearrange the doritos for absolutely no reason?? Then eventually an equally inexperienced and slow worker finally served us, the service ended with him telling us there are no napkins and offered us kitchen roll!? The place was also disgustingly dirty, with sweets and popcorn strewn all over the floor, it looked like the whole cinema has never been cleaned before or even faced a vacuum cleaner and mop. Its proximity and easy car access enhance the overall convenience. The numerous well-maintained screening rooms offer a diverse selection of movies. Payment options, both at the desk and online, provide flexibility. The punctuality of movie start times is commendable.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 One of the best places in Birmingham to have fun. This place has cinema, fun games, restaurant and amazing parking space. As far as I know this is the only place where we can freely park and enjoy our time without worrying about parking ticket/charges.

The theatres have interval time count down . I’ve never seen anywhere. It’s a great idea. Great work VUE cinemas. Someone is atleast trying to improve user experience rather than sticking up to the old methods.
