Rating:1 Called them for a quotation – the person who took my call told me that they weren’t the best people to help me with my request (fair enough), and then gave me some advice as to who I should speak to (very helpful). Then ruined it all by advising me what to do to ensure, that I avoided, quote “getting some immigrant with a van”.

I had a visit from Bernadette who came round to survey my belongings and quoted there an then. The price was excellent and I did quote with a few other companies. I received my boxes within a few days after I requested them. On the day of the move I was greeted by Phil and Danny who were efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They were very patient whilst we waited for the go ahead from the estate agent. The unload was super speedy! Thanks Phil and Danny 🙂

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I would like to thank all at Dale & Daughters for their help in making our move stress free. The team went above and beyond what we would have expected. The driver was pro-active in getting us in as soon as possible, the sellers removal team were slow to load up and they offered to hold the keys so the seller didnt have to drive into town to leave the keys with the estate agent. They then hoovered the rooms as the seller’s cleaner had let her down, and started unloading as we were driving down. Honestly dont think they could have done more. Top service.

They came on time, were very professional and efficient in dealing with our furniture.
There were no hidden costs, we paid exactly what we were quoted.
They took all the stress out of what could have been a very stressful day.

There was a lot of hanging around due to delays with money transfers, but there were no issues whatsoever; with regular updates, they were happy to wait.
They took great care on both the move out, and the move in, and everything survived the move intact.
Phil, Sam and Matt were outstanding throughout; many thanks indeed.
