suggest maybe you consult your neighbours on loading and unloading expectations and just maybe consult the driver and request he move if causing a obstruction. The name and telephone number is big enough on the livery of the vehicle so if you don’t feel able to converse with the driver you could always have called the office and we would have done if for you
