Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Over the years Jim from Opal Decor has been our go to decorator as has always been efficient, professional and given our house, rental flats and office blocks a high end finish every time. Even the in-laws’ 400 year old country cottage and stables. We would highly recommend.

Sent over our paint choices and Jim and Simon sorted the colour matching and getting the paints. Work was done in a timeframe that suited us and was as agreed from the start which isn’t always the way with these things! Both Jim and Simon were great to deal with and we had full trust in them to get the job done to a high standard.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Jim painted the masonry on the outside of the house and ‘sadolined’ the windows. For both tasks he prepared well, removing any flaky paint and mending cracks etc. He was extremely careful so there was virtually no paint splatter and he cleared up completely. He used dust sheets to ensure that no paint was left on the patio. He worked on his own so the job took around three weeks but I believe he can call on others if time is critical. The completed work looks very good. The cost was comparable to work done by other contractors on nearby houses. He was recommended to me and I am happy to recommend him.
