A great option for parking at the station. There were plenty of spaces available when I visited, didn’t even venture upstairs to see how many more spaces available. Paid online via the app and it was straightforward enough. Reasonable daily rate, certainly a lot cheaper than using the International car park. Fairly close to the station entrance too which was a bonus.

Pretty sure the people moaning can’t read. It’s never once been an issue to pay etc via RingGo. If your phone doesn’t have service it’s not the fault of the car park management, same if your ticket runs out and you get a fine.
I had a fine once because I had just bought a new car and forgot to change the reg number on RingGo for 2 days, but had parked the following day. I got a fine, I appealed it explaining the problem and showed I had paid for my other car reg. appeal upheld and I didn’t have to pay.

What an utter joke, first the app doesn’t show the car park on the map, then using address or Solihull it doesn’t show either, I found details going through an online search which first shows apcoa and that’s doesn’t work either. Then using the location code as an alternative method and that failed three times and on the fourth attempt it worked. From then on it seemed to work ok except beware that the Day doesn’t work from when you arrive or book it ends at 2:30am regardless, joke and robbing bar stools. If you aren’t careful you are heading for a fine and that’s not your fault they set it messy on purpose to create a further income stream. Poor, very very poor.

It took ages to pay via Ring go. First the automated system kept on getting my registration wrong. When I sent a text to confirm my registration then I had to put the car park code in 3 times as it was not recognised.

it took ages to pay…. why isnt there a traditional paying machine for the car park??. i had my travel tickets printed all ready to go, but i then had to queue at the train ticket machine in the station, to get a car park ticket. there were 2 ticket machines but 1 was out of order,… and a very long queue. the man in the kiosk would not sell me a ticket, so i queued for 10 minutes just to pay for the car park. RIDICULOUS…… i nearly missed the train
