Beware overcharging here using Ringo. I was there for 40 minutes and was charged £3.20!

I love this parking lot, I’ve never parked in it but I literally visit it for the view sometimes and it’s wonderful

If you have a disabled badge then you will find parking. Spaces are decent but the barriers take a while to open if busy.

Used the car park to visit the store!!! Brilliant shopping experience. Spent a good few hours and a bit of money there

Because I am not local to Solihull the drive to shop at John Lewis already creates an additional cost and then on top of that the car park of course… my aim was to complete my shopping within a three hour window in an effort to keep my expenditure down. This cannot be done however if the machine clock you pay at is faster than any other clock you have on you such as your phone! I’m absolutely furious that I was charged for four hours when I was only there for three! This would have been me and a lot of other people of course. To my knowledge nothing will have been done about it either because trying to complain has been nigh on impossible! We are talking about 0.90 here and I am in the fortunate position where 0.90 does not matter that much – it is not the point however & John Lewis need to be made aware that the car park closest to their shop is ripping people off!
