0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Got a parking ticket despite using Pay by Phone, ticket machines also out of order. So gotta waste time with CC to get ticket waved.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Conveniently located car park near town centre. Prices are ok. Car park is not as modern or flush as those more centrally located, but always plenty of spaces. Most entrances and stairwells close in the late evenings however.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Plenty of spaces at the time I visited. Probably due to the fact that over 2 floors we and others could only find the 1 pay machine that worked. Pay by phone is allegedly coming soon!!! Although you can pay by downloading the parking app etc yawn yawn.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 It’s a good car park and a reasonable price though on a Saturday your looking at the top floor which is outside. To pay for parking you can use cash or card and most of the time they all work but there’s two pay points on every floor so you won’t be short of places to pay. It’s 4 stars and not 5 as it’s also the nearest carpark to the premier Inn in Solihull so if your staying there this is where you are parking. There are also no staff on site and the lifts are a bit small so you might struggle with a double buggy. Has a great view of the church on the top floor though.

We were staying at premier inn ( you can park outside but only for 1hr for £1)so was nearest car park. Took us about 20 mins of faffing about until a man came over to help us.
Press time button, then press green button 3 times then present card!!! Nowhere does it tell you to do this. He said he’d been parking there 4 days then saw a warden who told him what to do.
I think they don’t want you to know so they can ticket you. Be warned!!!
