Showing 5 reviews Rating:4 Best place to park if you are in a group and can walk 5 minutes into Touchwood. Also free after 6pm on weekdays. Not recommended if you have lots of shopping or are alone.

Yesterday (07/04/23) I was able to pay for my day ticket normally via PayByPhone app but today 08/04/23 there’s no option for hourly parking which is weird.
Not sure if there’s a problem with the app but we phoned customer service and they said you can only park for monthly permit which is very strange.
Myself and my colleague hope we don’t get fined as this is out of our control
