0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I went to some of the earlier Verve Festivals in person and they were honestly brilliant. I have no reason to believe that the quality of the events at the festival has done anything other than improve in the subsequent years. It’s also really great that the organisers have started to offer livestreams of the events. However, this year I paid for an eticket to an event that I was really looking forward to and never received a URL or any other instructions on how to access the event stream from the organisers. Accidents and technical issues happen but what was most frustrating is that nobody from the festival responded to my attempts to let them know what had happened. A week later and I’ve still heard nothing, I’ve had to go through Paypal to get a refund. I’m posting this in the hopes that someone from the festival will eventually see this so they can hopefully avoid this issue in the future.
