0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Went specifically to buy clown loaches. But saw neons ( ours have died, had them about 3 years) and angels . Tried to find someone to serve us again never anyone around had to go to the till. asked for the fish girl said I can’t sell you angels And neons I asked why as we had them in our community tank for years. Didn’t know why just computer says no. So I said I’ll just take the loaches. Said no because you have angels And neons ??? Why you’re not selling those to me?? But computer still said no. You sold them to me before unfortunately high nitrogen levels caused by our tap water killed them. So angry I’ve kept fish for 50 years but a kid who knows nothing says no . So pets at home you’re £50 down on sales that day and will not come to you again .

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 There is a male vet at this practice who is the most unprofessional and unkind vet i’ve ever seen. I took my cat in for an emergency appointment due to her having a large lump in her mouth, she couldnt eat nor close her mouth. He stuck a plastic pen in her mouth and said theres nothing wrong with her and nothing he can do. Shes now having emergency treatment due to an infected abscess. He could have helped 2 days ago, he chose not to because he’s lazy. Takes no care at all, makes judgemental comments and is unprofessional. He lets that team down completely. Absolute disgrace.

Rating:1 They have put fleas on my cat before taking my cat to the vat to check she’s pregnant I showed her and put her inside her smart dry and cut her nails and brush her everything was fine and dressed her when I bring her home she start scratching her skin I didn’t take it serious when she keep going and jumping everywhere putt her fur I check her i find fleas and my both cat not leaving the flat at all they’re home cats how come in one day my cat get fleas the doctor check the day she didn’t had any fleas at all even he said she’s find no fleas nothing how come in one day she get fleas I feel like when you guys take her to other room someone put fleas eggs on her
