Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Today i went to buy a syrian hamster but was told that they can’t. Sell me bc of the size of my cage which has enough space and tunels and the staff told me that i need a cage that doesnt have tunnels when ive had lots. Of syriane hamsters in the cage that i have and its big enough space and ive had lots of syriane hamsters. From there. And when i first started haveing hamters they kept telling me that syriane hammsters needed tunels so why not keep the policy the same as before.

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 Never any staff around there always hiding in the back, the only staff were on the till. It took me 30 mins to get someone to help me get some fish

Rating:1 Staff constantly asking me to use the app when I don’t have time to and choose not to as I get nothing for using it, I am constantly told it’s for charity, I explain I am a charity and we get nothing donated or given from pets at home, but we as a rescue are constantly donating to other charities, so I don’t want to be harassed every time I come in store about using your app, when I said please don’t ask me the assistant said it’s our job, I will stop using pets at home completely if this persists, I also don’t want what. I purchase tracked.
