Showing 5 reviews Rating:4 A great range of products and services are available for your pet. Grooming, food, accessories and staff with a wealth of knowledge about animals. Wish the cat/dog food was as cheap as supermarkets but they carry specialist food and again have that knowledge that the staff of Tesco/Sainsbury’s just don’t have.

Rating:5 Popped in to exchange some dry dog food which was unsuitable, I spoke with the on-site manager who explained it wasn’t the refund policy if some of the bag had been opened, I explained it upset the dog’s stomach and just wanted to swap it for something I knew would be fine, he kindly offered on this occasion to do the exchange.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 First time of visiting this store and I must say I was so impressed. Went in late but the staff were so helpful and friendly and didn’t rush me. Helped me find everything I needed. Would highly recommend this store.

Rating:1 Took my small dog for a groom on1/3/24… I stated on the booking that he would be nervous, the girl who dealt with him said he was very well behaved in his appointment, the appointment was supposed to last two hours but she called me back after 50mins saying he was done; I didn’t realise the extent of the terrible job she had done until we got home as we took a taxi and he was sat in the foot well, I have made an official complaint with pets at home at St John’s retail park Wolverhampton and have also sent photos but I have had no response, this groom cost me £55 and I’m extremely disappointed I would never ever take my dog back there, all I want is my money back so I can take him to a proper groomer to be fixed 🙁

After looking online the policy does state if unsuitable it can be exchanged.
All staff were friendly and helpful however they may need to be made aware of the refund policy.
