Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 i wouldn’t trust these people with pets at all, i bought a bird from here and they didn’t handle him properly at all! the poor thing looked scared for his life. noisy dirty shop with so many of their animals looking unloved and uncared for. avoid unless you’re buying the pets they sell to rescue them from this terrible shop

Rating:1 this place gives horrible advice on rabbits the owner gave me 2 rabbits and they were all kept in a tiny cage there were about 10-15 rabbits in this cage rabbits should never be kept in tiny cages as they need a lot of exercise. It is absolutely disgusting on how all animals are to be kept in the same room rabbits should not be in the same room as any bird or predator including all the loud noises. We never received any papers or info about them rabbits are not hamsters and should have a dog play pen that is adjustable so they can hop or bunny around in if he offers you a small cage don’t get it and if your getting a baby bunny do not get the meadow hay or straw he gives you rabbits do not need straw u can get a big pack of alfalfa hay off of amazon which is ideal for baby rabbits their pellets also shouldn’t have any fruits or dried veg in them end of don’t take their advice.

Rating:5 Absolute lovely place best pet shop I visit 3-4 times a month’s regular and to see the false and negative comments makes my blood boil I’m not a review kind a guy but I will set the record straight because I shop here regularly and it’s not fair on the owner and there business 5* service lovely couple who run the pet shop variety of birds seeds you can find anything to do with pets here. I recently purchased a conure (see pics) after my regular runs of buying seeds. She’s lovely hand reared absolutely beautiful. Please visit and witness the pet shop rather than reading the negative false comments and avoiding. You won’t be disappointed pop down yourself witness for yourself. Even had the pleasure to hold a McKay parrot (see pics). Thank you to owners always for the service advice and help ❤️

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Great service and advice from the lady who served us. Great prices too. Place was being cleaned as we got there and the animals all looked pretty healthy. We ended up buying 3 budgies with a new cage, feeders x2, water feeder and a bag of food for all under £80. Toys bought separately from Amazon.
