Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 We purchased 2 geckos and the whole set up earlier this week for my son. Staff were extremely helpful, highly knowledgeable and clearly very experienced. No question was too much, they helped set up the Vivarium before we left and reiterated to always contact them with any worries or concerns. I highly recommend them.

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 As fish enthusiasts, we visited this shop to explore more and buy some aquarium accessories. The customer care could have been really better, we got the feeling as if they think we are not going to buy anything, we were just there to do the ‘window shopping’ which was not the case. I would recommend to treat all the customers with more courtesy and respect.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Brought a bearded dragon from elsewhere approx 14 months ago, been having a few issues and only popped into the shop to get new substrate for the viv. Ended up having a really good chat with the owner who explained a few things that we had been doing wrong (bad advice from where we purchased). Since implementing the changes suggested we have seen such improvements.great shop, full of great advice and more than happy to help. Couldn’t recommend more.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I bought my first bearded dragon from here just before Christmas and the support and advice I have been given by the shop owners has been amazing. They even set all the lighting and electrical equipment up in the vivarium for me so that all I had to do when I got home was plug it in!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Reading some of the comments on here I actually wonder if it’s the same shop & owners. I have been using this shop for well over 5 years and have NEVER had an issue. My bearded dragon George loves it when he has his “Holiday” at the shop he always comes away a happy dragon when we pick him up. Advice is always great, live food is always fresh and I have never been followed round the shop. I can’t recommend them enough and always have a chat with the owners whenever I pop in. I know they had problems during covid with people visiting the shop with children and using it like a Zoo and I wonder if that’s the reason for “being followed round” I can’t fault the place and yea, the place does smell a bit, smells of reptiles which you would expect from an exotic pet shop.

They have good reptile variety, but fish collection was not very exciting.

When I had a few problems with feeding they really went above and beyond to help get her eating again! My girl can even go and stay back at the shop when I go on holiday! I can’t recommend highly enough!
