Staff seemed friendly enough but I’m sure none of them know what a vacuum, polish or duster is …the place is filthy

Good when they work, problems with phone, they don’t answer it,, not good for a pharmacy when you want to find out if your prescription is ready

No point phoning these they never answer the phone, 5 times I’ve called today. 4 yesterday and 7 a couple days before that, and still no answer, lucky I’m not a old person in need of some urgent medicines.

Went back for dressing. Given the wrong ones after showing the staff member the same as she gave me last week. Taking the two left tomorrow. Not fit for purpose.
