Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 The customer service by the staff is poor and horrific (lazy), a lady named taran is rude and ignorant when spoken to, they have a lack of duty of care. Communication with their patients need to improve big time.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Customer service could do with improving; they seem preoccupied with backroom sorting than serving customers at the front desk. This leads to long wait times even though there is no queue. Communication isn’t great either; ranging from poor interpersonal skills to difficulty understanding the status of a prescription.

I came in to get my prescription and all they seem to do is chat and socialise amongst each other when customers are lining up to be served. One lady took my prescription went to the back I was standing at the counter for her to say something like 5-10 mins wait but she just ignored me and after chatting with her colleagues to then serve the next customer. They really need to massively update the shop it looks tired a bit messy and stock in the shelf always look empty. And customer service need to be improved
