Do not bother with this place! All of them here except the young Asian man at the counter are silly and uneducated. The pharmacist has clearly paid for his degree abroad! Constantly mess up and say things are not in stock! Unhelpful and useless are an understatement! Will not bother to bring any prescriptions here again. Not profiting from my ill health again! The large Caucasian woman is the most useless person I have ever encountered in my life! God knows why they employ her!

This pharmacy changed my mom’s nominated pharmacy without her permission. I had to use this pharmacy on behalf of my mom as I had a hospital issued prescription and her normal nominated pharmacy did not have the item in stock. When I collected the prescription early last week, I assume it was the pharmacist (young Asian man) that served me, asked me if I wished to change the nominated pharmacy. I refused and explained that the pharmacy was too far away and I had only come there as the normal pharmacy did not have the item in stock. He advised me that they had a delivery service, I still refused, he then said I could change to them in the future if I wanted. I found this very unusual at the time, as he seemed very persistent to get my mom’s pharmacy changed – but I wasn’t the patient so I couldn’t do this anyway and secondly the pharmacy was too far for my mom to travel (nearly 40 minutes walking distance, while her nominated pharmacy is 10 minutes walking ...

Why do they even have a phone? They never pick it up for god sake. And they so slow at prescriptions they tell you its ready you arrive and its either lost or things missing or just not ready. They used to be so good but now I have no idea something has happened new management or something as they are shocking

Shocking. I take a medication that I need in order to function day-to-day. I went in to collect my prescription on a Friday (it should have been ready to collect the tuesday) and I was told the pharmacist had gone out to lunch and wouldn’t be back for 30 minutes. I had to get to work and don’t finish until late evening so had to go without my meds, needless to say, I had a very bad day at work. I go again on the Saturday at 3:30, as the sign outside says they are open until 5:30 I expect them to be open. The door is locked and the lights are off, by 4pm the shutter is down. I now have to go another day without meds and they don’t open Sundays. It’s going to be a very long and difficult weekend. Shocking.

Edit… Finally got my prescription today. I pay for prescriptions and they tried to charge me for two lots, but I only take the one medication. Turns out my prescription had been stapled together with another patient so I was being charged for my meds and ...

Whoever was on in lloyds tonight were so unprofessional I’d never seen them before. They had the door locked before 6oclock. if they can’t handle the people like the staff that are there daily they should not be working there. Waited outside for ages to be shouted at that my meds was not there when doctors had sent it. And then door was locked and she walked away. Hopefully I don’t have a seizure over the weekend
