Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Never have I known such a bad bad service. Trying to move to another one, but told we have to wait until our last medications have arrived then take medicine list to the chemist of your choice. Problem is there has not been a month where every script has been delivered, but as soon as this is the case, we are off. Never had any problems with Ciaran – if only he knew how his reputation has been tarnished. Some medications are much needed but that does not seem to bother them, they blame the Drs for not doing the order, which I have checked and is incorrect. The constant fight and stress to chase up meds is just not worth it. Shame on them!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Avoid avoid avoid! This pharmacy has hit rock bottom since Cieren left! Telephone line system they have implemented does not work! Called one evening and caller number 1 for 45 minutes! Clearly don’t want to answer their phones! All the competent staff have left, clearly knew what they were doing ditching this dive of a pharmacy!

Received a missed call from them the evening before my appointment, with no voicemail left. I called back within 5 minutes to see what they wanted, and was told by a recorded voice that I was caller number 3 in the queue.
Didn’t seem that big a number, but it took me almost half an hour from there to get through, only to be told one of the injections wasn’t in stock.
One upside is that there are so many other pharmacies around this area, that I was able to quickly get myself an appointment elsewhere last minute.

Never got prescription or only got part.
Promised delivery that never turns up.
Number 1 in the queue on the phone and still Number 1 an hour & quarter after
Absolute bedlam when you go in the shop
Been like it for months now with no improvement
Gave them chance after chance to “Settle in” but Enoughs enough
Been using this chemist for the best part of 25 years
Such a shame all that hard work Kieron done to build up a fantastic chemist has all been ruined by amateur owners
I feel really sorry for any of the old staff that’s left there to suffer working there for owners that just ain’t any good

Rang them , but they never pick up the phone!!!! Everyone with problems should also report them to MHRA licensing. Then they’ll probably do something about the pharmacy. They are playing with peoples health !!

Waited 35 minutes for a prescription. The Pharmacist ( Omar ) has very poor people skills!
Duggal junior hides from you when he sees you however very courageous through email (keyboard warrior).
Patients; run as fast as you can!
