0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Last week I went into Newbridge Pharmacy Jhoots. I have to say the staff were fantastic. Required some tablets soon as they arrived of the afternoon Naz called me straight away as she knew how important this was for me. I would highly recommend using Jhoots pharmacy as I felt the service I received is definitely a 5 Star.. They provide for the patient making sure they have our medicine in stock at all times. Your fantastic procedures show in the way your staff delivery the service..

Rating:1 I have for the last 3 – 4 years or so had an arrangement with Jhoots, Newbridge Surgery, Wolverhampton to deliver my tablets every 3 months when I need renewal of my prescription. They have constantly missed the delivery date and I have to chase them, almost every time. I have been delivered tablets that I did not request. They are so inept and unprofessional. I am writing this today since they failed to deliver my tablets yesterday and I will run out of tablets tomorrow, a Sunday. I would not bother to use them again if I had another alternative. They are a complete waste of time.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Negative rating is down to just how appalling these guys are in terms of picking up the phone. Every month for a year it takes several attempts to get through. Just get an answering machine sorted if you can’t be bothered to ever pick up the phone!

I would would advise other customers to avoid this pharmacy and it’s not worth it. Naz owner of the business she got really attitude with all the customers.she got no respect for customers even for herself. I was their customer for many years just changed the pharmacy.
