Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Do not use this pharmacy!! They gave me less tablets than my prescription was for twice, and gave me a dud inhaler, when I called up the staff were so rude and unhelpful. Then came into the pharmacy to replace the inhaler the incompetent staff were rude and shouted across the room! After reading many awful reviews it’s a common occurrence. Avoid – absolutely useless and rude

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 My god the reception staff is very ill mannered. She had almost no people skills and was very rude . I noted her poor attitude with many other patients/customers whilst waiting for my medication. They didn’t have one of the drugs on the prescription and I politely requested if I could look else where for it as I needed the item. When I couldn’t find that particular drug anywhere, I returned back to Knights to pick the remaining items on the prescription and her response was “so you DO want it from us then”. I am a consultant myself working in the NHS for 20 years and this type of attitude/behaviour should never be allowed anywhere definitely not within the NHS. I did ask for her name but she refused to tell however I will make a formal complaint about the “asian lady” working there.

She initially refused to give me her name but thanks to one of her colleagues calling her by name out loud, I can confidently say it was Zaynub (excuse the spelling as there’s many ways to spell that name).
After reading the 1 star reviews here, it seems like I’m not the only one who’s had the misfortune of coming across her.
Word to management, please do not reply with a generic message and sort your staff out, albeit just this aforementioned staff. Don’t cover your honest 1 star reviews with blatant fake 5 star reviews which were probably posted by your own staff members. You are a reputable Pharmacy, don’t let such staff members taint your business.

The man behind the counter has no customer service skills at all, doesn’t come to the desk to speak, just single words or doesn’t respond at all, and walks off when being spoken to, to then laugh and joke with his colleagues whilst customers are waiting.
They ended up with being given medicine that wasn’t expected, so they had to go back again, and when queried politely, were told well it’s what the doctor ordered and he walked off again So now they have medicine that wasn’t needed, and the actual item they required was out of stock so they have to go back again tomorrow. I moved from this place a few years ago due to bad service, and it appears to have become even worse since then. Do not use.
