0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Wouldn’t allow me to give it 0 stars to submit this review i think1 star is being beyond extremely generous! They can never get my prescriptions right that are always sent over electronically and always checked a week before due also as I make a point of going in store the week prior to it being due to make sure so doesn’t keep happening like it does but still does and then im still be blamed for there incompetence and then having to chase things up myself again because they lack the ability to correct there mistakes. The words beyond incompetent spring to mind. None of them really know what there doing let alone help anyone. Never the same staff members each time I’ve visited over the last few years since being made primary chemist for my prescriptions to be collected from every month. The whole place is a joke, wouldn’t recommend them unless you have the same things without change or know exactly what it is you need or want or else your in for a real big stru...

So I am 21 weeks pregnant and suffer with hyperemesis. (Severe morning sickness) I was prescribed a drug that is ordered in only. I called 4 days prior to order My prescription and was told it would arrive in a day or two.
I came in on the 3rd and asked to collect my prescription. A young girl who was quiet but helpful said it would be about 10 mins. Whilst I was waiting I requested to speak to a pharmasist. ( I was concerned of taking this medication and being quite far along in the pregnancy). She told me he wouldn’t be too long. I sat and waiting and the same girl came over and told me that unfortunately the medication hadn’t come in. Although annoying, these things happen so I accepted this. I asked for a repeat prescription on a Monday and they informed me that it would be ready for collection the following Thursday. I called on Thursday to ask if it had arrived. I was told that it had been ordered but not arrived yet. I called multiple times Friday but the phone wasn’t being answered so I called the doctors. The doctor informed me that nothing had been ordered by Lloyds Pharmacy. The doctors said they would sort it for me. I now have to go 4 days without any medication.
