0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Absolutely horrendous service at this pharmacy. Each time they mess up I think it’s ok things happen and the next time they will get it right. You’ll be lucky if they answer your call, and if they do, either they will hang up or put you on hold for over ten minutes. The final straw for me has to be when I called up on Thursday 11th April regarding a prescription my doctor had sent through. They confirmed they had it, and I asked for it to be delivered. I was told I will get it by Friday 12th April. Up until today I have no medication (Sunday 14th April), and this was LIFE SAVING medication for me!!! Who is managing this pharmacy? And why are you doing nothing to improve your service? People rely on your services to provide them with MEDICATION which can potentially save their lives, surely this isn’t just about the profits you are making. Please do something about this. I will ensure neither myself or my family use this pharmacy ever again…!!!!! If I could give ...

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 No one answers the phone in this place, it is really annoying. Employ someone part time to man the phones, even working from home can be of assistance to the pharmacy, do something please. It’s crazy!!

Rating:5 This pharmacy is amazing I’m so happy with the service IV received don’t take them for granted as iv been with the worst pharmacy swanpool you don’t even get your meds mine was left on his van from the 3rd till the 19 every time I went they said we ain’t got it till the doctors actually sent ne the barcode an then they gave it me they was awful so to gind tjis pharmacy is amazing an the manger is brillant I’m very happy

The service has always been professional with an expert feel for whatever I have gone in for. Have had to have injections here as well a couple of times and all went well with those. Quite conveniently located over the road from the health centre with nice and easy parking at the front.
