Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 This chemist has now gone downhill. The pharmacist who signs off prescriptions now doesn’t bother, came in Friday he was out praying. Came in today (Tuesday) and still not bothered to sign it. Rude service from the lady at the counter. I’m changing from now on.

Rating:1 Absolutely terrible, the Asian lady at the front with short hair and glasses is unbearably rude and she shouldn’t work in such a place or represent the NHS with her aggressive and rude manner she urgently needs to fix her attitude , poor communication and terrible service and attitude towards people, wouldn’t recommend at all I would give 0 starts if I could.

I usually come in on Saturdays to purchase and pick up prescription and it’s great to have a regular team who knows what they’re doing. They make everything organized and it’s a pleasant experience overall

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Useless useless useless, never got any prescription in. Takes ages for them to acknowledge a GP order then say ‘we’ve only just received it’. Then they say we’ll have to order it, they’d be happy to let people die rather than serve their needs. They just don’t care about people

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Lady at the front is so unbearably rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t bother to help she has been rude on multiple occasions and I’ve seen her be rude to anyone who walks in. She spent over 20 minutes trying to find my prescription from her basket and claimed not to find it then told me there is no way a prescription was sent over from my gp she spoke very rudely despite my kindness towards her. I asked to speak to a manager and the pharmacist at the back took less then 2 minutes to find my prescription from the same basket and handed me my medication politely while the Indian lady was still giving me death stares.
