The head of that team, Pharmacist Christine D always answers any queries about medication and shows genuine interest in her ‘patients’. All the team are polite, caring, and hard working. This pharmacy is very busy though always there to help, and address any concerns. Thank you to all the team.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 My local and closest Pharmacy for collection of my prescriptions is M R Pharmacy. I cycled there in the cold whilst unwell due to lack of access to a car however the pharmacist declined to dispense my prescription, declining accept a digital prescription.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Loving a pharmacy may seem a bit of a stretch. But …. I do love the exemplary service I receive there. The team are so obliging and respectful. The head of that team, Pharmacist and all round good egg, Mrs. C.D always goes out of her way to explain new medication, advise, and shows care and concern for her customers. Despite being very busy, time can be set aside for consultation on things medical.

Upon contacting my healthcare provider they called the Pharmacist and offered to send her a copy of the original prescription and signature or arrange an alternative means of providing the prescription that would be acceptable to her, to which she also declined and said ‘Tell your patient to go elsewhere.’
I would add that throughout this entire process the Pharmacist could see I was unwell and was condescending and rude and displayed a complete lack of empathy and compassion. The fundamental principles of healthcare is helping others and to find someone so devoid of empathy and compassion within a healthcare setting is disturbing. The pharmacist could offer no justification as to why she was refusing to dispense a legal...
