0 You have already voted! Rating:5 This pharmacy is 100% commited to their customers. They always try their best to fulfill your prescription and offer alternatives for you to discuss with your Doctor to include on your prescription list if the prefered item is temporalilly unavailable.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I ordered a repeat prescription from my GP this morning and by 4pm this afternoon the items were delivered to me on my doorstep by Northbrook Pharmacy – you can’t do better than that!! Thank you Northbrook, brilliant and helpful service always.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I thought that it was time to update my review of this wonderful pharmacy with it’s wonderful staff. Nobody finds it more irritating than I do when in receipt of poor and miserable customer service, in fact it is one of my pet hates in life. I am more than pleased to say that in over 6 years I have NEVER once received that kind of poor service from Northbrook, from the first day I walked in I was greeted by the friendly and ultra caring staff, Julie was the first staff member I encountered on that day and she set the tone of a welcoming more than friendly atmosphere for that and every other visit I have made to this fantastically run pharmacy, I apologise for the names I miss out but I include every single staff member in my praise for this place but I have to mention those I have encountered on a regular basis, along with Julie there is Salim, David, Anna, Maddie and like I say everybody else too, I cannot say enough good words but a few that spring to mind are, very welcoming,...

You now have to drop any prescriptions in person to the pharmacy ..causing an extra journey and jamming up an already busy car park!
We will be considering changing our pharmacy..not good
update: online prescriptions back working again…only took 2 months to sort it !..
