Rating:2 Rather strange experience at this Pharmacy today, was hoping to speak to a Pharmacist, initial conversation was with the assistant who went to converse with the Pharmacist about my condition, she made eye contact from 2m away, put her head down then strangely told/suggested what medication I should take to the assistant. No direct conversations took place to seek further details or to understand more about what I was there for, to my surprise. Hopefully this isn’t normal practice here however I too work for the NHS and certainly would have expected a far more personalised professional approach/service, unfortunate my first and last time visiting Sandwell Pharmacy.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Our new pharmacy where we receive our perscipitions from. Nice and friendly staff and our medication was already made up when we entered the pharmacy. Not like our old chemist Lloyd’s who had treble the amount of staff and people still had to wait 20 minutes plus for their medication. Highly Recommended to everyone who requires a decent service.

Since moving both my aunt & uncle to this pharmacy in Feb 2024, we cannot fault the service we’ve received.
Repeat prescriptions are always ordered on time & ready before they’re due to start. The text alert service is invaluable.
Phone calls are always answered too should you need to ring them.
We can’t thank all the staff enough for all you’ve done so far, it’s been fantastic.

Not like many other Pharmacies just taking they time and not bothered about customers.
