Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 My local pharmacy who I can always call to order repeat prescription and do not have to wait long to get someone to answer the phone. Staff is professional, always friendly and helpful.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 This is the dodgiest pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of having to use. They had one of my medications on repeat and then continued to request it (so they could claim the money from the NHS) despite me not requiring it anymore. Apparently this happened over an entire year but they didn’t want to lose that extra dodgy money coming in despite me not collecting the first one. I only found out when I was accused of fraud and had to get them multiple times throughout the year to complete letters saying I was innocent. And now they continue to request my prescriptions despite us asking very politely to not do this. Absolutely outrageous. They have the worst reputation of all the pharmacies in the area and have no customer care to talk either. Terrible!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 My prescriptions keep being stolen by this pharmacy, even when I was living in London. When I asked for them to be released, the staff encouraged delivery each time. When I pressed to have the prescriptions released, the staff member hung up.

My son’s medication is always on time and the staff are so helpful, in particular Pam who goes the extra mile to always ensure my son’s medication is delivered in time . If I’m experiencing any problems with my GP for repeat prescriptions, Pam is always so helpful and sorts this out for us.

Asked to have my details removed from their books and, rather than releasing my prescription, they sent it on to another in Sutton.
Been encouraged to make a formal complaint and will be doing so, as this is apparently happening to a large number of patients.
Sad thing is that my late mother used to work with these folks for a while. I made a point of visiting them to collect her palliative care medication because they wanted to know how she was getting on. She was good friends with some of the staff. How things have changed…

Best thing to do, contact your GP and block them from accessing your data and report the chemist to the pharmicutical council by raising an online concern.
Only way they will learn is when enough people stand up to them!
