After a few physio sessions with Freddie & no exaggeration my knee pain & swelling has massively reduced He has also educated me in going forward. I would not hesitate to recommend him & the company.

Located on Solihull blossom field college sports centre, I had months of shoulder blade pain that the nhs simply couldn’t fix or help with. Coming here allowed me to see nearly an 80 percent relief from my first session and subsequent sessions helped me no end getting me back to feeling normal. They knew instantly what the issue was and how to solve it with the right treatment and guidance, I couldn’t thank them enough. Great, personable service I couldn’t ask for more. Will always return and recommend here. A special mention to Freddie who was my saviour but I am very sure that this team is one of the best around locally.

When I first visited Freddie I found it difficult to fully straighten my knee due to pain and stiffness, however Freddie worked his magic and literally after the first session I noticed a difference in my mobility.

Freddie’s knowledge, support and professionalism is exceptional, he has shown me a number of stretches and exercises which I do on a daily basis.
I genuinely can’t recommend Freddie highly enough.
