Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 After suffering with sciatica for 8 years plus I visited Eric at vital physiotherapy after a severe flare up. After just a few sessions my mobility had significantly improved. Eric’s methods and approach are life saving. After a few more sessions my pain is near non existent. After several years of pain and reduced mobility I can now do the things I’ve been missing out on. My energy levels and mental health have also improved. I cannot thank Eric enough. Highly recommended his services.

Eric booked me in (allowing me to switch booking if my cast was not removed that day) as soon as I could be seen. After the accident my range of motion was severely reduced but Eric gave me the appropriate information and realistic encouragement that allowed me to get to work as soon as possible on getting back to being able to use the arm in full capacity. Furthermore, Eric provided much needed massages to work through plateus and help break the scar tissue and I was able to achieve full ROM in just under 2 months.
Continuing from this, Eric then worked with me to best build strength at a rate I was comfortable, providing me with exercises and advice outside of the set appointments when my progress made older movements less effective.
